The kids always look forward to grandmas house for the egg hunt. This year she put money inside the eggs to make it a little more fun for the older kids. Payton and Makenna had no problem trading their eggs with money for the candy! We really love grandmas also for the delicious food she always prepares. She goes overboard with it all and we never go home hungry!

Makenna looking for more eggs

Brooklyn pleased with all the eggs she found

We had a neighborhood Easter Egg hunt the first day of spring break. Since it snowed they moved it to the chapel. Brooklyn had fun finding her 12 eggs!

Makenna is wondering what is inside the egg, a little more fun than finding more eggs.

Makenna and Brooklyn in their Easter dresses

The whole clan dressed in their Easter clothes. I'm not sure how much longer I can pull of the matching outfits for the holidays but for now we will keep trying since they don't seem to care.
Your post turned out cute and so did your Easter outfits. Thanks for hanging out with me and my kids over Spring Break. We had so much fun with you.
ReplyDeleteLove the fun Easter outfits! THey turned out great! so fun at Disney on ice too. Lucky girls!!
ReplyDeleteYou must keep the matching outfits going as long as possible! I love the idea of just ties for the older boys so they don't feel cheesy.
ReplyDeleteI have a black and white skirt just like your daughters' dresses and I wear it with a green cardigan. I would have fit right in? Where did you find the darling dresses?
Yeah!! So excited to see you in the blogging world, and more excited to keep up with what is happening with the Nelson family! They are all sooo darling. You and Darren are a great team to say the least. Loved being with you, Nic and your mom last week. Let's do it again this summer! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteUm..Kim, you know you're supposed to update this thing once in a while right? :-)
